Academic researchers are on the rise in both quantity and quality, and their research has a significant impact on society.
The new academic research rankings are based on data from the 2016 Academic Research Publishers Association (ARCPA) annual report, and the report says that academic research is on track to become the largest source of new income in the U.S. for the next decade.
ARCPA says the growth in the number of academic research publishers has been steady and strong since 2015.
But, with more than 20,000 academic publishers, it is clear that the overall number of publishers has increased over the past decade.
The number of research publishers grew by nearly 8,000 over the last five years, the report shows.
It is not just publishers.
The research industry is expanding.
The report says there are more than 2,500 new academic publishing companies in the United States in 2016, and nearly half of them are new to the U-S.
